When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of the order — we reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

b. Payment 
We accept major credit and debit cards via secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. 

c. Cancellations 
Order cancellations must be requested before your order has been processed or shipped. Contact us at support@florico.com to request a cancellation.

5. Delivery Policy

-We offer nationwide flower delivery in the United States.
-Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
-Florico is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect recipient information or unavailability.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is owned or licensed by Florico and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florico shall not be liable for:
 
-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-Damages resulting from delivery delays or errors due to user input
-Any losses resulting from third-party services (e.g., payment processors)
  
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order in question.
